SHIPPING INFORMATION
To ensure you get your purchase (coffee and/or accessories) as soon as possible, we can ship out almost all orders within 36hrs of payment from Monday to Friday.
- We use Bpost and UPS postal services to ship your orders to following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania , Luxembourg, Poland, Portugal, Romania, the Czech Republic, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, Slovakia, Slovenia and Sweden.
- If you order before 12am, we will try to ship your products the same day.
- Please allow up to 4 days, after receiving your payment, for your orders to ship via Bpost or UPS
- You will be sent a tracking number when your order has been shipped with Bpost or UPS, please allow up to 12 hours for tracking information to be updated.
- Once your order leaves Belga & Co, it is out of our control. For questions and concerns about shipping, please contact Bpost or UPS.

EASY RETURNS & EXCHANGES

- Returns and exchanges will be accepted within 15 days of purchase.
- Your account will be refunded within 3–5 days of receipt of your item(s).
- All returned packages should be insured.
- We will not accept any items that have been used or damaged by the purchaser.
- We do not reimburse shipping costs.
- Returns are out of our control until they arrive at our main office in Antwerp.
